Sounds to me like someone just needs to get a genuine Android phone.
It was just a joke (get it haha-lol) I want a windows phone if I wanted just android I wouldve gotten it. But I really wanna run android with data working on my tp2. And besides the TP1 is ugly lol.

Re: [1/25/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]

1) no luck getting it to register on the metropcs network
i tried multiple times like it said in the post but all i would get is the option to roam on AT&T or T-MOBILE which i dont wana do.
2) battery drain seem to be very very high,it went from around 50% to 10% in like 10 mins (((

i think that's about it. hopefully those are things that will be fixed.
thanks again

I even tried it on a new sd card aside from the one all my other stuff is on. Still the same. I'm usually good with stuff like this but can't figure it out. Getting pretty disappointed

Try this...
Format your card
Unzip everything to "Android" folder on the root of your SD card
Keep the phone plugged in (charging) when you run haret.exe

I'm not sure if MetroPCS TP2 has a sim card like the Verizon TP2, but if it does try taking out your sim card. I could not register on the VZW network till I took out my sim.

edited - I tried to edit this post 3 times from my phone after reading your post closer, but it refused to save the changes.

Your battery drain issue probably has to do with it looking for a network. I used it numerous times an with gaming on it, 50% battery lasted me a few hours.
