Really? That is very, very strange. To be clear, are you getting these from a Sprint store repair center or via Asurion (insurance)? Do you have a TEP plan?

Aside from that, and given that you've been through 3 in the last 30 days, you have more than enough solid evidence to demand better from them. You'll need to speak up for yourself, but just tell them that a another TP1 just isn't going to cut it. You tried to let them fix the problem their way, and they failed. Time for them to try something else - like getting you a TP2.
