Re: [1/25/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]

i have not personally tried this yet, as my sd card took a dump on itself, but i recall reading at xda that the phone only vibrates when receiving a call. will audio/ringers be fixed in the next release or is that kinda on the back burner till data works?

Hello All,
Wooo hoo... 3rd post since joining... Yeaz i'm a noob... Question. Where is this supposed 'dual boot' software i've been hearing about... I remember seeing something somewhere, but I was on a friends computer and wasn't able to download anything... Now I can't find it! It'd be nice to have the option of Windoez or Droid when I boot my phone... Also... Civic, many thanks and much appreciation to you and your efforts. Hope to see a fully functional build soon...

Re: [1/25/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]

Civic - you ROCK!!!!

I'm running on Telus, and I was able to call out and receive calls perfect. When I tired to find a data network, it tried using the SIM card...but what ever.

It runs so smooth and quick....I can't wait till the bugs are ironed out (speaker, data, sms, etc...).

Will be donating fo' sho!! Once it's perfected, I'll be looking for an Android ROM!!!!

Re: [1/25/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]

I cannot wait until the speak and CDMA data, SMS and the speaker is working on this puppy. I'm thankful for all the work that has been done on the MightyRom, but let's be honest... it's still Windows Mobile. This port of android is so snappy, I can't wait to have a nice client for checking my gmail and calendar. Once somewhat stable, I'll be using this as my primary OS, no questions asked
