I think these ports rely heavily on the class on the micro sd. For those who don't know about class (I think every one does though??) the higher the class the better because it means more amounts of info being transferred per second.

Used a class 2 8gb to run, took roughly 10-15 minutes on first boot. Considering it took that long, I dropped $20 on amazon and bought a class 6. I'll report back if it's faster...meanwhile waiting for it to come and hopefully when it does, CDMA's data would be working.
