What about the build.prop hack? Are you positive that was required? I know it's annoying, but if you wouldn't mind trying with new RIL, new kernel and fresh install...? I think if that build.prop change is required, it will cause problems for others (not positive tho) so I'd like to see if you can still get service with it set to 0. Thanks!!
OK, I try it again.
wipe data and cache in recovery.
I even used OMGB_rhodium-1.2.3-12052011.zip without new libhtcgeneric-ril.so.
After reboot, I can still get service.

It means build.prop change is not required, but I think somebody can try it.

Re: [TESTING] - NAND OMGB (1.2.3)

this is completely OT but i'm screwed with the infamous white screen of death.

Went back to sprint rom and once i reboot its back to the same crap. Its as if the boot loader will only boot after a fresh flash then wont boot at all. Yes i did task 29 and all that poop. Anyone know of a successful way to get this working?

Re: [TESTING] - NAND OMGB (1.2.3)

ACL - Another log (last_kmsg).

The phone was charging but not being used. Went to check it and it was unresponsive. Plugged it in to my computer and tried to pull logs but adb just hung with a message "waiting for device".

I hit the reset button and pulled this log. I see a null pointer deref near the end along with a stack dump, but that's about as far as I get with understanding.

Hopefully this contains some useful crash information.

No problem.

I have to admit I find it funny that you are thanking me, but I'll take it.

Re: [TESTING] - NAND OMGB (1.2.3)

Hi ACL
Could you check the newest logs of rhod100 calling mic issue in #727?
The setup is from yours.

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/2160376-post727.html
There are 3+ times call and 3 version logs, I also tested the LS. Hope it's useful to do troubleshooting.

BTW:

I heard on solution for no GSM service of rhod100, maybe you guys can try if no service:

You can dial 112, wait a minute after hanging up, the service shows.

Heard a rumor of flashing stock SPL back and then HardSPL again + task 29 to resolve. No idea if it works as it's never happened to me.
