Re: [TESTING] - OMGB - 1.2.2{2.3.5} - 400/500 Only

so i got it working. you have to force the driver by using the have disk function. and forcing the adb interface. get the drivers by search adb android usb driver. they are fairly generic

Re: [TESTING] - OMGB - 1.2.2{2.3.5} - 400/500 Only

I got it up and running. Phone calls work, gmail works, I can log into market place, didn't really try to download/install anything, data/web works. The phone does go into sleep as well, per the green led. Pretty cool and much faster than haret.exe

When I tried to "power down" the phone hung so I hit reset, not sure if that is expected.

I've also found that most of the times that I boot, it says End Call key pressed and goes into fastboot. I never hit the End Call key. The only way I've been able to get it to boot fully is to pull the battery for 1 minute or so. Is that expected?

thanks,
dave

i have been having problems with the incoming call ringer. sound works overall but when i get an incoming call the ringtone starts for literally a second and stops. the vibrate continues through.

Glad more peeps are jumping in. I dont want to lose track of the precious bugs so i may need help keep tabs on what works and what dont.

as for the ringer, enable vibrate for now since it happens to me too. It comes on way too late by the time the caller almost gave up.

Videos ? i havent even tried this.. lol

powerdown hang ? really? Lets hope it was a one time thing.

Calls come in good for me, even when I have been on pandora, did have a couple of times it rang and screen wouldn't come on but I could still answer with hardware button.

Videos on youtube app over wifi...perfect haven't tried it on 3g yet.

Powerdown hang, hasn't happen to me yet, I haven't been on winmo in days, this is my daily build.

Been using v6 supercharger script with multitask setting and I have been running this build no problem. I tried the aggressive setting and just kept getting me fail to wake and sometimes froze on me. I know arrrghhh uses this, just wondering if you tried this setting yet with the new release candidate?

Nope, i stay away from any mods outside the basic overclocking. So far it has been loyal for me as well. I was telling arrggg that its more stable than my galaxy S (sprint sucks). So hopefully the next release brings even more joy to others. Now does anyone know if the market tethering apps work ? i know the built in ones crash.

What is the recommended way to overclock this? I have mine OC'd with haret.exe and would like to do the same for this.

thanks,
dave
