I charge regularly overnight w my standard TP2 charger and original batt too, never noticed it gets warm in the am but does get hot if I'm charging n listening to music streaming. Been having a hell of a time today w this thing, lots of sods, orange led, backlight but just frozen, blinking green led frozen and solid green too. Goona leave it as it is for the night n try to use adb to see wtf its doing tomorrow when it happens. Arrrghhh or anyone, how do I see what its doing when its frozen to see if its a true sod or if something is freezing it up?

Wow, sorry to hear all the probs you've been having. I think you had something like this a few weeks back. Have you tried disabling stuff under winmo before booting to android? For example, I disable the gps device under winmo, bluetooth is also disabled; I used neither). My backlight under winmo is set to auto everything. Don't know what else can be the issue. You've tried stock speed, correct?

Re: [TESTING] Updated 3/11/11 New Kernel - TONS of changes!!

NDNO, using your UL from 3/1 with swapped kernel and zimage-----zero issues...using your original startup.txt with OC (currently at 710) no problems at all. did the pull usb dongle multiple times while on audio with no ill effects----have not been able to stall this (3/11) out at all

Good to hear about that I'm still using that bundle I put together too

Everything was running great until I tried SetCpu and got a few SODs and many reboots to WinMo. I'm off SetCpu for now and everything seems stable. Was gonna PM you on my status but here it is

OK, anyone notice this anomaly. I'm using the physical keyboard to compose a post and once in while, I can't type anything (no chars will show up); at this point, I would have to wait for the backlight on the KB to go off and then I can type again using the physical keyboard. Happens to me quite often now.

Doh! just happened to me and restarted to WinMo.

EDIT: OK, I forgot I had installed a swype-like app called SlideIt. That may be the culprit... gonna remove it now and try again. I guess some 3rd-party apps just make this unstable .

I think I have the jem.....no usb issues, no charging issues, no KB issues, no sod/lag and I'm OC to 710???????? running 3/11 like it's made for my phone

I've noticed this too as well as the random massive letter repeats. Though I wouldn't say I've noticed it any more now than in the previous test builds. Isn't much to do except wait it out. No reboots because of it though.

I actually get around 70-80mb free after booting up to android. Of course, this varies depending on the apps I have installed that launches automatically and from their background services.

Yup, me too, phone remains cool or at most warm to the touch.

Ran into a very graphic demonstration of the RIL SOD today. Was riding an elevator playing with the phone. Slept the phone, and then changed my mind and hit power again within 3-5 seconds. Phone hadn't even hit full green sleep, was still blinking green, but was fully SOD. No response to anything, no keyboard backlight on slide.
