Yeah, I had to force the driver on my work machine too.

Personally, I'd recommend Droid Explorer for Windows based machines. It takes care of everything for you and lets you run the console from inside it. Grab it here: Droid Explorer

Thanks, but unfortunately the feedback from terminal emulators will give you userland results, and I need to make sure it returns the values pulled on startup (which should be RHOD40000 hopefully).

No he means the light on the actual charger itself is getting lit up and powered from the phone itself, which is won't do in winmo.

Meaning the phone is always trying to output 5v out of the USB.

Thats what I said, some wrong setting is putting power on the USB-port. As long as you don't put anything in the usb port it should not cause a noticable drain

Re: NAND Boot Testing - Keyboard Mapping Fixed, HW3D, and Battery Algo Update

Modules are one thing, it's the kernel itself. You can have as many modules or "drivers" you want. Unless the kernel initializes them or acts a certain way they are useless.

Anyway I am noticing my phone doesn't lock fully anymore. The windows (menu) button can unlock the phone and end up hitting send since it is right beside it. I end up calling random people. It's a little annoying. I don't know if that is the keyboard mapping or the rootfs we are using.

As far as nand is concerned, the changes are here: Commits in ~acl/linux-on-qualcomm-s-msm/linux-msm-rhod-nand:htc-msm-2.6.27 - Gitorious

For the standard linux-msm that Matt uses, check here: Commits in linux-on-qualcomm-s-msm/linux-msm:htc-msm-2.6.27 - Gitorious
