only way to break this cycle is to pretty much unplug the phone from usb and pop the battery out to make sure arm9 is completely down. Then you can pop back in and charge. If not, then it will drain. Issue may stem from the fact that we arent killing usb during shutdown as we should. This does not happen when i shut down without usb plugged in. So i'm pretty sure its usb related.

I was messing around in terminal trying to get su to work. I must not have copied it over with adb just right.
I kept getting "must be suid in order to work properly" or something like that. I also tried to mount system as rw to see if I could move it there. I know root explorer wasn't working. Appears that /etc/fstab is missing... if we need it at all Sent from my MSM using Tapatalk |

Re: NAND Boot Testing - 03-11: FRX05 on NAND (data working again!)
Locked up system on first boot, SOD on second, youtube won't play on third. GPS just caused reboot with GM. I didn't think it was all in my head... I formatted sd this time too, just for shts & giggles.
Seems like SOD is gone, Maybe it's just because I wait a few seconds to turn it on after I turn it off, instead of trying right away? Last edited by 86shelby; 03-12-2011 at 07:53 PM. |
