Help with switching my new TP from Sprint to Cricket

Hi, i am kinda a noob and was wondering if anyone can help me flash my phone to cricket. i already unlocked it and i ran the rom update utility and put a "cricket rom" on it that someone posted and when i switched the esn with cricket my old phone doesn't work and they said to call *228. i do this and it says "your account cannot be verified, please call customer service" someone please help

Did you change the min # in pst?

Did you get this issue taken care of. If not follow that tutorial link I PM'd you earlier.

I need help guys please! I did everything from flashing to putting different prl's in my TP and idk what else to do and i switched esn already and they (cricket representatives) told me to call "*22804" and i do, the machine tells me to wait while they process what i'm requesting and then it tells me it cannot be done at this time and hangs up.....someone please help!

My friend, i had the same problem when i was calling from within my house because my house is a dead zone for cricket(awesome huh). but it kept telling me the nam programing faild and bla bla blahh. but when i was driving to the cricket store to complain, i called it once, it faild. then immediately called again and it went through and completed

so i guess just make sure you have service and call *228 two times if it doesn't work the first time. hopefully that helps man

Thank you for the help man i really appreciate it but no it still tells me and that cause i have great service where im at and change prls alot so i guess i'll still do more research on it...but hey thank you so much for the tip!

If you live in a triband market - all the newly added ones -- it will not work. I ran into this months ago

I had the same issue a couple months back. we had turned our service off for a month and when we turned it back on, no luck. I finally figured out that it was the min# in pst. you have to call Cricket, an authorized retailer is best in my experience, and ask for it. you then have to program it in to pst and that should work. i really hope this helps, feel free to pm me.
