Asurion replacing Touch Pro with Touch Diamond
Just FYI if you use Asurion via VERIZON they no longer have the HTC Touch Pro so they are giving you HTC Touch Diamonds.

dont take it..... thats a cheaper device, they tried this with the mogul.... everyone flipped....

thats how alot got TPs for replacements

I've tried talking to the "advanced team" a few times and so far nothing. They keep telling me they no longer make the Touch Pro so the only phone they will give me is the Diamond and they consider the keyboard on the pro a cosmetic feature.

if asurion wont make it right call VZN cust service and *****. tell them that you either want a new TP or you will use the diamond till the TP2 is out. i would raise holy hell if they did that to me.
