When changing roms/windows 6.5

sprint uses picture mail. so if i flash my phone will the picture mail feature go away. Also second question is, if i switch to the upgrade windows 6.5, will that include the sprint picture mail or will it go away??? thks.

P.S.im new to the site, so im just trying to do my homework before i mess with the phone. I dont want to brick it.

Re: When changing roms/windows 6.5

pretty sure most sprint users are using arcsoft anymore. but im pretty sure u can use picture mail if you wish. either way your mms app wont have much to do with bricking your phone. start in the stickies with how to unlock your phone and how to flash. indagroove cooks up a mean sprint specific rom. check him out when your ready to flash.

No, you will still have picture mail.. To be honest the stock picture mail blows massive nuts. The Arcsoft cab you can find on here is WAAAAY better when it comes to picture/video mail. I'd suggest installing that after flashing roms. Before i always had problems sending and the pic mail i would receive was always delayed sometimes by hours. I don't have those problems at all with Arcsoft. I'll go ahead and include the two cabs i use for arcsoft..

Re: When changing roms/windows 6.5

simplest way to unlock your phone is just download the unlocker, sync your phone with active sync, run the unlocker and let it do it's thing.
