what do i have to do to trade in my TP for a new one...what do i have to break on this thing cause i dropped it the other day and had a few scratches on the top while it was in the Case that came wit the phone.....i dont want scratches and want a new one so what do i have to do

Actually not. I have had 4 different plans on my phones over the years and eventually the rates go up and the plans I have are no longer offered. They leave you with what you have and what you're paying for it until you decide to change. Unless someone has experience with Sprint just upping your rates? I've never seen it or heard of it. How many people are still running around with those righteous SERO plans that aren't even offered anymore? But my point was that TEP is not a Sprint add-on. I submitted the post before I wanted and my edit apparently didn't go through. TEP is billed through Sprint, but it's not Sprint. It's not a Sprint add-on. I haven't gotten anything in the mail yet, but I assume I will since everyone else has.
