Hd this problem for few minuteswhen I GOT my TP2. Unchecked the "smart dialing" isht but didnt solve the prob. I moved my SIM contactS to the phone. Done, phuk it , no more +1

If you are on a stock ROM, the Auto Prepend page may not be visible by default per the manufacturer. A few simple registry edits should take care of any +1 dialing rules. Below are the entries you should make using a registry editor:

[HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting] "ShowAutoPrependPage" dword:0X000001

[HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting] "AutoPrepend_1" dword:0X000000

[HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting] "HiddenAutoPrependPage" dword:0X000001

[HKCU\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA "EnableOnePlusMDNVoicemail" dword:0X00000

Those entries will allow the Auto Prepend Page to be visible in the phone options and should disable the +1 in any phone calls. Hope this helps!

This didn't work for me. Is there a cab for this? I'm trying to disable the 1+ dialing from my TP2. I"m using the stock rom. any help!!

Dude, you dont need any cab, just go to your dialer, hit Menu, disable smart dialing

On the stock 6.1 Sprint ROM, its Global Smart Dialing, not assisted dialing. Uncheck the only option to disable it.

Hi, I flashed my phone with MightyROM_RhodiumW_050110, some of the registry values below were not included, anyway I had success removing that F$#&!! 1 modifying the following value:

HKCU\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA\EnableW riteDefaultAreaCode

I changed it to 0 and voilá
