Thumbs up Must Have Apps for Andriod on the Incredible.

So, for those of us that are relatively new to Android, what are some of the "Must Have" apps?

Below is a list of "Must Haves" that some of you have listed:
Juice Defender (MUST HAVE Battery life extender!!!)
Barcode Scanner
Google Earth
Google Skymap
Music Wizard
Skyfire 2.0
HTC's battery widget
Astro file manager
Slacker Radio
NFL Mobile
Documents To Go - 14.99, but well worth it
Amazon - what more can I say about it? It's Amazon.com
Color Note - awesome notepad
Engadget - keep up with the latest news in electronics, I have it on my desktop as a widget
ez Parking - never wonder where you parked your car again
Game Center - if you have a Gamefly account, you can manage your GameQ and other things
Gaming Buzz - another app I use as a widget, keeps you up to date on breaking video game news
Movies - buy movie tickets, see showtimes and closest theater, look at Netflix queue, but you can't manager your queue though
Paper Toss - very addictive and simple toss a paperball into a trash can
Ringdroid - make ringtones from mp3's
Seesmic - the BEST Twitter app you can use without having to pay for Twidroid
Shazam - Identifies songs playing on radio
Spark - Xbox Live app, can see who is online and send and receive messages
Sportstap - Sports app, I use it as a widget, keep up to date with your favorite teams, get notifications
Trapster - identify police speed traps, saves you money lol
World Tour - wallpaper app that catches camera shots of different locations around the world and sets it as your wallpaper, and changes it every 30 minutes
advanced task killer
pong - yes, pong
copycat - its like the simon memory game
factoid - a fun random fact app
compass - use digital compass built in
mahjong - another fun classic game
real blackjack - a fun table style blackjack game
wordup - one of those word search games
Yz - yahtzee game
whac-a-mole - fun random game
HTC notes widget - a nice quick "sticky note" like widget
ShopSavvy (bar code reader).
Quick Uninstaller
Weather Channel
XDA
Opera Mini 5 -android (very fast)
Bank of America
antivirus protection
Burglar Alarm (really cool) if someone tries to take your phone it goes off.
Astro file browser
Bubble (leveler program)
Keyring (put all your discount cards on your phone by scanning the barcode using "Barcode Scanner)
Last.FM
MSN Droid (Windows Live Messenger for Android)
My Verizon (allows you to modify your account, view balance, view usage, and change features and download tones etc)
Remote for iTunes (works for a beta)
Skyfire 2.0
XiiaLive (formerly Droid Live, allows streaming of international and other online radio)
Zedge (install ringtones/sounds/notifications on the fly with an SD card installed)
InsurePhone - for if you ever get into an accident, you can use this app to take a pic of insurance cards, plus you can call in claims directly
itrackmma - allows you to save event to your calendar!
mma underground - this one allows you to post on some mma forums as well.
Store Find - Finds the closest Starbucks, Best Buy, Staples, Targets, Walmarts and many others

BluffMyCall -This little app will allow you to fake out who is calling! In other words, you enter in the number you are calling AND the number you want to show up in the OTHER person's phone when you call, and it DOES! AWESOME! AND it's FREE!

Google Shopper (turn your Incredible into a scanner and find great prices online!)
Google Goggle (Another Google Scanner tool that works GREAT!)

A GREAT Remote Desktop app from Xtralogic for $19.95 (I use this myself, also available from Marketplace)

Right now, you can get "Documents to Go Full Version" for $14.99 via the Market, regularly $29.99!

Sirius/XM Radio app that has 120 stations to listen to! GREAT App straight from Sirius!

Dolphin Browser - GREAT Internet Browser that CNET rated a "Must-Have". Better than stock browser!

Slingplayer Mobile- Available at Market Place for $30 as of 6/22/10

I'll add more when I hear of some noteworthy...

If I helped you out, Hit the THANKS

Grooveshark has an official app, but you need a VIP account. I highly recommend Slacker Radio, NFL Mobile, Ustream...

Re: Must Have Apps for Andriod on the Incredilbe

Whether or not they are "must have" these are some neat ones I picked. Got a lot by reading forums. Barcode Scanner, Google Earth, Google Skymap, Music Wizard, Skyfire 2.0, HTC's battery widget, Astro file manager.

Looking for a good Grooveshark app, Navigation app, Slingplayer (not available yet), Picture viewer/editor, Remote Desktop, Mobile hotspot, etc.

Will post good programs when I find some worth sharing.

Antivirus? This isn't the first time I saw a user on here mention antivirus for Android. Are our phones really that suspectible to viruses?

Another cool app, InsurePhone - for if you ever get into an accident, you can use this app to take a pic of insurance cards, plus you can call in claims directly. Now I wish someone would make an Nationwide app lol
