Google Pushing Gmail to Window Mobile

Man this is awesome.

Yes your data connection is on, but it isn't always actively downloading or exchanging data. Google pushes the email via Google Sync, which uses the exchange protocol, which essentially means that the only data being downloaded or exchanged is when the email server is pushing email

Quick Questions on setting this up. I should just select the email checkbox in activesync correct? And do I delete my IMAP account on my phone? If I have multiple gmail accounts, do I just add 2 sources in Activesync?

This is not be good for battery life, correct?
