Hello, I work for Veveo Inc. who provide the vTap service. We have fixed a problem which causes a poor video playback experience on the Mogul. You can download the latest version of our client by pointing the browser on your phone to the site www.vtap.com, and downloading the client again. This will definetly make the performance of the video on the Mogul phone much better. Please let me know if you see any further issues.

You guys have fixed the problem it works much better .... I am impressed. And by the way I dont have EVDO I streamed it on 1x and it did not even pinwheel or stutter. Thats SWEET
