winrar has my vote as best. winzip wont open contents just by clicking on them.

Thank you very much. I just received my replacement phone from my tep (a refurb with 4 total life calls on it) and I am trying to get it back to the way I want. I have the rar file on my storage card, but no way to unlock or run the exe from my work computer as it is locked up for installing things and whatnot.
