activesync doesnt work and cant flash??

Activesync doesnt see my phone on any computer i have tried. I put the phone into bootloader mode with the tricolor screen and tried flashing the stock rom or any other rom but it doesnt see the phone. The usb port works because it does charge the phone. The phone is unlocked because i had put mightyrom on it a while ago....anything else i can try???
