Re: Software to use phone as Bluetooth adapter for your PC?
I've seen this feature in the WIDCOM (now known as Broadcom) Bluetooth stack. I think they are offering the drivers again now.
I have successfully used my computer as a headset/microphone for my phone, so it stands to reason it should work the other way. http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php The Windows native bluetooth stack is lacking to say the least. |

Re: Software to use phone as Bluetooth adapter for your PC?
What I'm trying to do is use my Wiimote on my PC, via my phone's Bluetooth. The phone itself can recognize the Wiimote, it's the other part that's the problem.

Re: Software to use phone as Bluetooth adapter for your PC?
I have to ask. Have you ever used fspse (Playstation emulator)? I was looking for a bluetooth controller that would work for that, but it seemed like my only options were online. It would be cool if it worked.

Re: Software to use phone as Bluetooth adapter for your PC?
Haven't tried it yet, but t looks awesome, and it would be awesome to use the classic controller on it. I don't think there's any chance of the Wiimote working, at least right away. All you have to do is press the sync button and have your Bluetooth connection search for a device, and it'll pair up, but there's essentially nothing you can do with it since there's no software written to actually use it as an input device on Windows Mobile. Hopefully fspse at least inspires someone to get the Wiimote (and accessories) working on WM, since some 30 million people in the US have at least one.
