Say you have a side business you give out ya gc# and on your off days you put the ppl who call you for business in a work group and have it set to go straight to VM to enjoy your day. Its endless of the things you can do. Lets say you make a call to sprint cause you having a problem over and over this time you recorded the conversation cause you called from your gc# now you have all the rep info # and everything they said if they not noting your account like they should or not giving you a deal they promised you..bam its recorded so there's your proof. They record us sometime we can do the same. Hope this gives you a better understanding of how "useful" this can really be.
Lol Notastain, I agree it does have it's plusses. As far as recording calls, I do that with my Omnia now, but then again, my voice is almost inaudible no matter what software I use, so I guess I can always use google voice for that. I need to learn how to be able to call out from that number though, I will check out the site
