Yea I saw that today as well earlier! I kick my self everyday for not using that invite my friend from nyc sent me years ago :( I wonder if there anyway to get it back?

I actually have Google Voice since I had grand central before, but I never use it since everyone has my cell number for years now. Otherwise I would, what is so great about it that everyone wants it, other than it can record calls and you have one number no matter what? Am i missing something?

I would say since you have an GC account download google talk and check out all the option's it have and see if you like it! Still sad I never made an account kinda like a person who didn't buy stock in M$ when it 1st started well maybe not that sad but you get the idea :mrgreen:

I say free calls is whats so great...think about it...on my sprint plan they allow a certain amount of #'s that can be dialed unlimited....have your google # as that # and have fun making free calls...otherwise I agree I've had my # for years.

Nice idea/plan I believe some guy said today he was doing that same thing with tmobile fav 5's for about a year before they caught wind of what he was doing so not so sure if sprint will be fooled so easy with that. One can dream tho

You have 2 numbers.. google and sprints so you can just tell people call the google phone number if its a long conversation (with a girl) saves you a lot of minutes and money for those who always past there limit and you can reduce your plan and just buy unlimited data plan

all I can say is I better fin get mine soon. I'm getting sick of other people getting it before me, and I got on the waiting list asap when grandcentral started.. grrr... the idiot reporter got a gv#. :angry7:

I guess that's the thing with me, I hate talking on the phone. Im more of an email, im, or text message girl, so I dont really benefit too much from it. Also, I have a family plan with my mom and brothers, and I really only pay the 9 dollars for the extra line, plus 30 for data. We all share like 1000 minutes and never really go over.
