You can move it around the screen. You need to go Settings - Today and there move the plugins around. It has nothing to do with the application itself.

Hmmm... A few posts up I was talking about how this program seemed to be affecting my phone. I didn't uninstall it, but I took it off the today screen for a day. I tried last night and it's been working perfectly ever since. YAY!!! Anyway, I guess I'll try the moon phases fix now. I'm scared!

Well, I have WP 2.5.0. I just read somewhere that I need to upgrade to 2.5.1?! How am I supposed to do that?! I mean, where could I possibly get it from if it's not on the website? Also, Malatesta said that 2.5.1 was in the first post, but I think I got 2.5.0. When I go to the 'About' tab, it just says 2.5... Any ideas?

Also, I just tried following the instructions for the moon phases fix. I'm so aggravated, b/c I knew it wasn't going to work.

I have a limited data package with verizon and was wondering if anybody knows how much data is downloaded each time the program updates? is there a way to limit it??....say not get the radar images??

Not sure how much data is downloaded, but you can configure the program to update and not download the radar images. That should keep your usage down.

Uninstall WP. Then, make sure you download the one that is the in first post of this thread. Install that one and then you will be able to set it up. Make sure that you set up WP before continuing on to the moon phase fix

As for the moon phase fix, make sure you download the correct dll (which for the version in the first post is Version 2.5.1 TRIAL). Then, just follow the directions in the moon phase thread and you should be good to go!

If you need to see all the info on the WP settings screen, using scrollbars, access them by going to Settings - Today - WeatherPanel - Options.

jamesus... Thanks a lot for the advice. I got it all working now. On the 'About' screen it just said 2.5, so I thought I had the wrong version.

Okay, now I'm sorry to be posting SO MUCH on this topic, but I do need help with one more thing. I don't understand how the themes work. I downloaded the original stealth theme, then followed the directions for installation. I went to the settings in WP, and it gave me the Stealth Theme as an option. I selected it, but nothing changed besides the look of the screens you get after tapping the center of the WP Plug-in. There were no changes to the Today Screen as seen on the other site. There were no new layouts to choose from, wither. What could I be doing wrong? (And) How do I know what themes will work for my PPC-6700?!

You have to select the Stealth theme and a Stealth layout for it to work.

To expand on Pibe38's post, each theme that you download will have different layouts for the theme. Each one will have a different setup, basically there are the different components that WP offers (radar, temp, forecast, etc.) Depending on the liking of the author of the theme, each layout will have a different configuration of the components. Once you have selected the layout, you will notice that the screen changes in height and the location of the components change.
