milhouse: have you installed the plugin aswell, and have you installed them both to the same location (ie card/card or device/device)

yo this cool...i tried earlier programs in the past and they just wasn't working for me,i just gave up on them till now..i decided to give this one a go and so far it has worked flawlessly...great job

Okay,
ive installed the player and everything, but everytime i try to watch a video it just opens up with wmp and gives me some crap message saying it cant preform the operation at this time.
i just want to delete it off of my touch completely.
help?

Make sure that you've installed both apps from the first post to the same place on your phone (e.g., device memory or storage card). For best performance try installing on to your device memory.

You may also want to uninstall both apps, do a soft rest, install them again, and do another soft reset.

it works, but is running at around .6 frames a second on my 6800. tips?

Ok, I just got my phone 2 days ago so bare with me .. I installed the youtube pocket do i just go to youtube and click on a video and watch it cause when i do that it goes to my windows media player and says it can't play it.. what am i doing wrong?

You have to install both pieces of software. Refer to the first post in this thread for more details. You are missing TMCMP

Found it, I changed the video from DirectDraw to Raw FrameBuffer.

What are your other settings. I have not gotten it to stay steady and I have superb EV-DO wherever I go.
