Rename the existing files in \Windows\
OperaL.exe -> OperaL.exe.bak
(don't have to do anything with Opera9.exe, You could delete rather than rename but then you could not go back if you changed your mind.)

Then copy:
\Program Files\Opera Mobile\OperaL.exe -> \Windows\OperaL.exe
\Program Files\Opera Mobile\Opera9-ml.exe -> \Windows\Opera9-ml.exe

TF3D will now launch the Beta when I click the globe in TF3D or if I click a shortcut on the Internet tab in TF3D.

Thank you! That worked very well. I was afraid I would have to reflash and reinstall 9.5.
