OperaL.exe -> OperaL.exe.bak
(don't have to do anything with Opera9.exe, You could delete rather than rename but then you could not go back if you changed your mind.)
I then copied:
\Program Files\Opera Mobile\OperaL.exe -> \Windows\OperaL.exe
\Program Files\Opera Mobile\Opera9-ml.exe -> \Windows\Opera9-ml.exe
TF3D will now launch the Beta when I click the globe in TF3D or if I click a shortcut on the Internet tab in TF3D.

I tried going the OperaL route first but it didnt work for me, so I did it the other way.
I'm glad you figured out a way for the Pro, I thought it would be the same, but seeing how I have a Diamond and no way to test on a Pro, I know now...I was wrong.
Im gonna uninstall both Operas I have and reinstall them to test out your way again for the Diamond. Also going to point first post to your post for Pro instructions.
EDIT: Harvey your instruction were flawless...I know I tried the same route before, so maybe I left something out...it worked for my Diamond. I'm gonna change the first post completely to your instructions...and send everyone your way for thanks.
