All the NAV apps do that, GarminXT does the same thing in my truck.

TTS has been summed up well here, but I will add this: I have GarminXT in my phone (no TTS) & I have a Garmin in dash NAV setup built into my truck that DOES have TTS. I really find it matters little to me which setup I use.
