Here's one you can try that has voice turn by turn, although I have not personally tested it. It does have a free trial though.

Yeah, Mobium is a little expensive, however, I think most all of them will use a Data connection, unless you pre-load tons of maps and even then some still need Data to update. I could be wrong though.

TomTom, Garmin, iGO, Copilot (and a couple others) come with preloaded maps (usually on an SD card). You don't need a data connection unless you're using extra features (online services) or aGPS to decrease signal aquisition time.

Yeah, these were mainly what I was looking at. Just wanted to see which one's had TTS. I'm still not 100% which ones do, lol.

As far as I know TomTom and Garmin XT don't have TTS for PPC. I think Copilot 6 had TTS but 7 no longer does?
