Its worth adding, that legally Garmin & iGo come ON a micro-SD card and technically can not be moved from it. 'Largely a bummer, but most (all?) of the commercial GPS solutions now come like that for phones/pdas...

Most people look up other means to move the software to a different micro-sd card...
