HTC Home vs. SPB Shell - youre opinion and why...

(assuming they are both free ) Obviously one costs money. But feature / layout wise.

6 tab working on UBiQUiO 401

My brother just got a UBiQUiO 401 GSM AT&T phone last night. From over in Asia ($199 US Dollars) It comes unlocked for the GSM network and is running WM5 and has wi-fi and a TV Tuner and Radio Tuner. OK CDMA needs a TV tuner. We picked up 5 local stations over the air. The dialpad slides out from the bottom but is only a dial pad no full keyboard.

I loaded up the 6 tab everything worked except the audio manager. I ran the seperate audio cab and fought it for a bit. he had to leave but was happy with 5 tabs working.

Is HTC Home running fine? Do you have audio manager installed? It is a seperate app that you will need to install for it to work.

Have you tried the cab posted in the first post of this thread? With it, you should not need the sdk certs cab and you should not need to copy any files.

Does audio manager run alright by itself if you run it from Programs? Just to be sure, which reg edit did you do?

HTC Home 6 runs perfect on Himalaya Only I couldn't get AudioManager to work - no matter where I was installing it (storage, RAMdisk, card), it kept telling it couldn't be open. So I've switched Home's tab to fire up WMP and it's fair

Thanks for bringing it to us
