Twikini Update, 1.1 this fixes the annoyances that appeared in version 1.0 (except the whole having to pay for it)

Version 1.1 (May 22, 2009)
  • Bug fix: Twikini kept popping up to the top everytime it refreshed (this was causing some devices to lock up).
  • Bug fix: @replies were not being highlighted in the Friends timeline.
  • Bug fix: RT's were being treated as replies (now they will be treated as brand new posts).
  • Improved: Your current position in the timeline will be remembered. So after refreshing, the same item is still highlighted.
  • Improved: The Exit menu item is back! (sorry for removing it)
I did shell out the 5 bucks because I think the developer deserves it. But on that note, I have been dabbling with pocket twit as of late.

I dropped twikini after those annoying bugs showed up in 1.0 and am using pocketwit now. It was confusing at first, but now that I'm used to it, I like it better. So many features...

Of course it is. It all depends on how much you like that program. Especially if there's better freeware competition out there.
