Does Live Search Work For Anyone?

I used to depend heavily on this app to find places, and to get directions. But lately I've found that it doesn't work. Searches are usually off, usually giving unrelated results, or results halfway across the country and it can't seem to find any addresses. I thought it was just me on my TP, but my sister has the same issue on her Q9C. Is this a know issue and is there a fix anyone is aware of?
