How to extract an icon from a dll?

I use the program Icons From File http://www.vlsoftware.net/exico/.

Just drag the .exe or .dll file into the upper pane and the icon(s) will show up. Then save and that's it. They're 32x32 bitmap images though, so you might have to touch them up in Photoshop or GIMP if you're going to increase the size.
