Re: [Menu Fixed] 3/15 Rhodium Notification Manager/Enhancement & Menu

Has there been any updates on this as to getting the notifications to position correctly on the Diamond (VGA) without being cut off?

Yes, I swore the files were posted already (a page or 2 ago).

They're on page 7...

Yeah, I tried that one and it does not work correctly. I posted about this a page ago or so and I guess nobody noticed. The notifications appear in the middle of the screen, not aligned to the bottom like they should, so some calendar events are cut off at the top (as opposed to being cut off at the bottom with the original cab).

Its supposed to be in the dead center when fixed, reset x2 and try all your notifications (alarm/cal/msg) it should correct itself.

Let me know if it works.

I think I've reset a few times since installing it and they're still centered, but i'll try again.

Here's a screenshot of what i'm talking about. All of the text shows up but the top border/header with the notification icon doesn't show up because it's cut off.

When i recieve a reminder for a conference i cant click on the number to dial ( The link above will give you the screen shot ) or if you click on the notes icon it doesnt launch the notes app. Is this beacause it requires the Dimaond 2 Phone Canvas. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Re: [Menu Fixed] 3/15 Rhodium Notification Manager/Enhancement & Menu

Ok, so after a little reading over at XDA I got it aligned to the bottom correctly with a single reg edit. The only other thing is that the time for a calendar reminder is displayed in 24 hour format. Is there a way to change it to 12 hour format with AM/PM?

for me, clicking on the number doesn't do anything (probably needs the topaz/rhodium phone canvas), but clicking on notes brings me to a contact type screen. i'm using juicy's latest rhodium rom which includes some rhodium programs. the htc contact card or something relevant might be needed to get it working.

the hour format might be hardcoded into the dll. i haven't looked into it much yet.

Re: [Menu Fixed] 3/15 Rhodium Notification Manager/Enhancement & Menu

Also, with the VGA one that was posted here, the current time (and when you get a text it says New Text Message) that is displayed at the top of the notification shows up really small, like 10 pt font. Didn't see any settings in the registry to modify the text size, so i'm assuming it must be hard coded into the dll as well?

Here's a screenshot:
