Lightweight GPS Tracking
Years ago when I had a Nextel, I used MoloGogo to display my current location on my webpage. I travel a lot and it's a good way for my family to know where I'm at, plus it's pretty cool. I actually landed my current job because I "Wowed" them with that capability.
MoloGogo works with WinMo phones as well, but it doesn't update if the phone is asleep, isn't very lightweight (a couple of megs of RAM) and has a couple of other small bugs that seem to affect me. I'm looking for a small app that perferabily can grab my GPS coordinates (every 15 minutes or so) and send them to a custom URL, or has it's own GoogleMaps interface (third party application) that I can embed. I would also settle for Google Latitude if someone knew of a lightweight client that does just the latitude tracking. Any suggestions would be appreciated.... Thanks, Doug
