It's in the .zip in the OP. Once installed you can update within the app.

Like guitardoc said, the cab is in the zip file in the first post. Download the zip, extract the zip, then run the cab on your device.


Ronen (and almost all developers) use zip files to distribute their cabs. Not only does it reduce the file size, thus saving bandwidth on downloads, but it also allows them to include text files like the license and readme all in a single download.

Once installing this app, all future release can then be downloaded and installed via tha app itself. It's a really great new feature that Ronen recently added.

actually, cab is a form of compression and ziping doesn't shrink much. however many places don't let you upload them, and are better for firewalls/anti virus. but the other reasons are good too.
also the zip format is almost as old as I am. it was the only way to fit pictures on a floppy disk. if it ain't broke don't fix it right..

auto update inside the app is the best thing since satellite tv.

New version available - cleanRAM v1.5


Changelog:

• Version 1.5.0 - Added & Fixed: launch startup programs feature added + force close all applications feature added + schedule first time started error issue
• fixed + two new language strings added to settings menu

Two new features added to settings menu:

• Close All Applications - force closing all applications when cleaning begin (working with level 1,2 and 3 only).
• Launch Startup Programs - execute after clean-up all startup programs (if you like you can also use registry editor to change the startup folder value).

Known issues:

• S2U2 doesn't work well (on level 2 and level 3 only) with cleanRAM, it's because S2U2 need to auto unlock when cleanRAM started (like unlock when the stylus is pulled out), this is a S2U2 issue. so if you have S2U2 and you want to use cleanRAM either, please just make sure that S2U2 UI will not work on the same time with cleanRAM.
• Found new issue? Do you get an unexpected error has occurred? Please send me details of your device model, rom version, cleanram version and cleanRAM full error message to support@htcaddicts.com.

You're correct about ziping. Zips just help to consolidate multiple files in a single download since they don't compress very much. I just use that term interchangeably with rar'ing, although not technically correct.

not sure if its a bug but twice when i update the program i get two copys & yes i use the oem version so its cooked in to all my roms
