I don't think there is much difference between 1.0.1 and 1.0.2. I think it was just a patch to correct a bug in some devices that caused the icon not to show up. Taken from the dev's site, translated:

Version 1.0.2- patch installation – After installation, a number of instruments cannot see the icons of the software.

Not sure though, I'll find out.

You will need this new version only if you had some installation problems, this version fixed the icons shortcuts for some devices and some small issue with application loading, just all. if the last version pleased you, you don't need to install the new one.
