v1.6 works Great on my Diamond running stock ROM.
6.1 Windows.

Maybe you just did a Cleaning and tried another Cleaning too soon.

no it doesnt work on 6.5 at all. not enough for a difference. 6.1 users are lucky.

Actually it's working well on WM6.5 with the features: "close all applications" and "launch startup programs" enabled but with bugs like the screen: "RAM Status Notification" shows with wrong data. I will not fully support cleanRAM on WM6.5 operating system (beta versions unstable!) until it's will release official by Microsoft (and then I hoping that Microsoft will get for us option to turn off the irritating Start Menu!)

Hmmm... I noticed when I get an incoming call after a level 3 cleaning or when I choose to close all apps the answer key and enter key lights up as usual but I get no sound nor can I see who is calling. My phone is totally unresponsive... It seems to happen sporadically when I put cprog.exe, rellog.exe & RPhoneMan.exe in the exception list but then my soft keys and taskmanager starts to stick. Has anyone else come across this?

nope dont happen with me but your in luck my friend i have an level 3 clean coming in 5 mins after it cleans i will call the phone and see what happens all tho i been on the phone while it cleans before and nothing bad happen

*Edit* Just finish a level 3 clean and i called my phone from my other cell both regular number and googlevoice number and it showed the phone screen and both dailed out fine too! and i might add all i did after every update of this app is install and set it for every 3 hrs to clean thats it nothing else

i have both and memmaid isnt used anymore, plus its free. still think cleanram is better if i had to pay for it.

good question but an even better question is the memaids freeram free cause this app is and it works wonders!!! this app for our phone is like the patch for smokers!!! i havent soft reset in 30days!!! thanks htcaddicts!!! haha seriously it works wonders

cleanRAM frees up more MB even after running memMaid freeram.
So the answer is that cleanRAM is a better cleaner

UPDATE:
memMaid cleaning gave me 3.4 MB.
After running above, I initiated cleanRAM Level 3>>
16.2 MB additional memory freed up!!
