Might be because of the OEM. That's why so far I've left it out of ROMs I've cooked. It just gets updated too quickly, and it's easier to update since it's not built in. And this "bug" if that is indeed what it is will probably result in another (sigh) update to fix it.

first of all, thank you for this great application.

this is the bug i encountered: i used Level 2, ticked Close Apps and Launch Startup, it did close and restart the apps but the CleanRam App was stuck in the forewindow. i can tap and use the application on my today screen but i cannot execute the Start Menu when tapping the icon. "cleanram" is always shown on the taskbar.

not sure on the first build with update it didnt do these last two

What is it forewindow ?!? anyway...
Its sound like you have there some application that you should not be closed or some application that you can't start twice on the same time (startup applications). check/search which application stuck your start menu. use "Exceptions List" to find it. btw: when you find it share with us. also you can just disabled the "Close All Apps" feature.

I ran in to this on my Apache with an earlier version of the OEM. Installling the update did not replace the OEM, instead it installed as normal and I had 2 versions at the same time.

Ok now I get it, thanks obvious that Update Service know only one thing to do, update to full cab version, if you like me to add "mode selector" with OEM/Normal versions, just give me the full list of OEM files (with full path) to where copy it...
