It never didn't work on wm 6.5. You've even admitted it before:

If there is a bug for wm 6.5, please report it as I'm sure ronen will fix it. But I've been using a couple different wm 6.5 roms over the past few days and it's been working fine.

I guess the reason I posted is because the RAM savings aren't as great using WM 6.5 only about 6 MB.

True.
But, could that be because WM 6.5 does an inherently better job of closing apps and regaining ram? I not sure, just some speculation. Or, maybe you're right and cleanRAM isn't optimized for 6.5 as some of the OS's architecture is different. Either way, I see where you're coming from now.

UPDATE: Yes, the WM 6.5 does better job of closing apps

Yes there is, this is what it says.

yea it crashes on level 2 for me also but not levels 1 or 3

I get the error (only on level2) and the message is as follows:

Fixed! just download and install again the cleanRAM cab file
