This is a compilation of everything that worked for me. It includes:
  • HTC In Call Recorder
  • Wavdev DLL
  • Silent Beep Wav files (so you dont hear the beep when you start recording)
This does NOT include the S2A because some ROMs (like Juggalo's and Mighty Roms) have it cooked in already.

Can anyone confirm this is working on a x6700?
Would love to put this on my next build.

Thanks.

Sprint Touch Pro running Stock rom...
I used dead.bolts package and got VC errors and no sound and had to hard reset (no biggie since i had just hardreset and tried getting this to work as the first thing)

I cant get the menu option to show up no matter what i use...
I installed S2A the wav enhancer the ICR and everything
doesnt make a difference... I dont even have those reg options on my phone...

What seems like years later I got it to work for my Sprint Touch Pro that did not have S2A cooked into the ROM.

Check out the instructions here...http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=213

Thanks Ryu ;-)

Which ROM are you running? Priest had a similar issue, maybe its time to get an updated ROM?

We can try to narrow it down so everyone gets the benefit of some phone recording love :-)

I'm exerpiencing the same issues. After installing, Voice Command errors out and calllers can't hear me. Uninstalling fixes the issue. I've tried several variations of wavedev.dll, but I can't track down the problem. I'm running my own custom ROM, which based on the "Official" leaked Sprint ROM that OMJ posted several weeks ago. I wonder if it's isolated to those of us running stock roms

One more thing: I'm using rilphone.dll from Calku's latest kitchen because the leaked one does not not work with DST.

I am having an issue with this. it works great however the other caller which can now be heard is washy. I mean the other callers voice is distorted a little kinda like the input volume is up too loud. I did try adjusting the system volume and that didnt work. I think there is a volume setting in the .DLL for incoming caller volume. That is set too high. Any ideas?
Thanks
