Contact manager?

I did a google sync and I accidentally added all my gmail contacts to my contacts on my phone.. Some are on there like 3 times.

Is there a easy way to do a mass deletion or do I have to do that one by one through contacts?

Just go into Gmail and manage your contacts from the comfort of your PC. You can merge or delete them as needed then resync.
