Contact manager?
 

I did a google sync and I accidentally added all my gmail contacts to my contacts on my phone.. Some are on there like 3 times.

Is there a easy way to do a mass deletion or do I have to do that one by one through contacts?

This little goodie has gotten some positive coverage here on the site. Called Dupe-de-dupe. It's a freebie

Just go into Gmail and manage your contacts from the comfort of your PC. You can merge or delete them as needed then resync.
