You're right Kash76. After changing the setting I still only get events from my main calendar. Apparently, multiple calendars is only working with an iPhone at this point.

So the error is whenever I enter a full day event in GC, it ends up going back one day on my phone.

I set my timezone to -5 Eastern in both GC and on my phone... and it works in all ways except one... whats going on?
I'm having the same problem. All-day events created in Google Calendar seem to show up in Pocket Outlook one day earlier.

Google sync issues?

Has anyone got the google sync to work? I currently use hotmail for push mail and contacts. I have deleted the acct and tried it without it. It keepes giving me 1 contact or i get to 100 out of 288 and then it keeps syncing. If you have steps that would greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: Google sync issues?

I couldn't get it to work right. It gave me an "Attention Required" error and quit each time. Then it messed up my outlook syncing to. I had to get rid of it and establish a new partnership with my pc to get things right again.

Re: Google sync issues?

I was getting attention required at first also, gave it a rest, came back couple hours later and I've had no problems since. It's backed up all my contacts and dates to the google calander.

Re: Google sync issues?

can you post your steps starting from the start please? I would assume i would have to delete my hotmail acct until after the google sync and then just sync mail only.

I have this problem too, but it's not due to Windows Mobile or EAS. Google has had a sync application for Windows that syncs Google Calendar to Outlook on a desktop for a while now and that would do the same thing. Until I find a fix I just schedule my all-day appointments for 1am - 11pm and it shows as the correct day.

I thought then that my initiating changes from the phone I'd be safe but this things seems MESSED UP (as the kids say). Deleted event mysteriously come back from the dead. Events I changed from all day to scheduled return to all day and wrong day.

I can't find a method yet that works consistently to sync calendar items. How can this be released in this shape? (and don't say it's in Beta as all Google software is in Beta status forever it seems).

I used to use Google Calendar sync for Outlook and don't recall fighting with it like this. I'll try your 11-1am method though.

Re: Google Sync

I haven't been able to get this to work yet. I get this:
Your account in Microsoft Exchange Server does not have permission to synchronize with your current settings. Contact your Exchange Server Administrator

any ideas?

Re: Google Sync

For those of you who might be interested...

There was an app called Fonebook that would sync your outlook contacts with your facebook friends and put their current facebook pic with their contact info and maybe some other things.

Well check out this post on this blog http://www.koushikdutta.com/2008/10/...-facebook.html, where this guy made an app that will do the same thing for your google contacts and facebook.
