How can I remove the calendar part on the main screen to make room for additional appointments?

Thanks a ton for that link! Lots of goodies out there; however, couldn't find anything to remove the calendar to allow for more appointments

No problem mate. Did you try going into calender settings in MS3 and changing any of those options?

Yup, that didn't solve it. SPB leaves a lot on the table in terms of common sense.
