Is anyone else having problems purchasing the upgrade from handango?

I keep erroring out at the last step (after giving my cc information/agreeing to their terms and conditions)

I do..

It redirects me to handago for the upgrade.

There's also a thread about it on spbclub - apparantly I'm not the only one.. frustrating..
