And check out the post on how to install the needed plugin and the problems HTC is causing.

This fix/plugin only works for Pocket Player since they are the only ones to have found a work around for HTC's stupid decision to make AVRCP work only with WMP... I wonder if Bill Gates had to bride them for this....
Its actually pretty easy. Just go to the plugins tab on PP and at the top click updates then it will install the most recent plugs. under wm adapter 2.31 you will find all of those options.
All the options above Media information folde r I have checked except CMHOME and WMP mobile and it workd flawlessly for me.

I do have a question though. How is the loading of PP for you guys. For me it is very slow. If I make it the default player and I open an mp3 from my visual voicemail or another app it takes a long time whereas in WMP it opens instantly.

For playing music I relly love PP's full screen album art player although i wish it supported swiping for changing songs.

If AC would do some work on S2P and add a better library browser and fix the beautiful but unfunctional coverflow then that would be the best player by far, he could actually make some money off of that one. Where S2U2 is sort of getting p***** up by Pocket Shield and WM's 6.5 lock.

Re: SPB Mobile Shell 3.0!!

PP player loads slow for me too, but I put up with it to have a working AVRCP.

Now I can use Mobile shell again!

The full version of SPB Weather is pretty good..

There is also this Forecast Daily from Pocket Mind Software (makers of PocketPlayer):

Re: SPB Mobile Shell 3.0!!

At this moment the only issues I have w/ spb mobile shell 3.0.1 is my contact pictures doesnt appear in recent the call log... I havent had that much time to play around with it... spb mobile shells is taking up alittle bit more ram then I expected... But I like it..so I will deal with that...

I dislike spb weather reason being the last four days it show thunderstorms pretty much 24/7... And it only rained for about 1hr if that within the last 72hrs... It been hot and sunny...lol

I installed the weather alternative provided via link from WythDryden... It wouldnt run after installing... I gave it a shoot no success for me... It could be my phone (palm pro)...

I installed forecast daily from pocket mind software... Its working fine... Seems cools...

Thx to everybody posting...

I had problems getting it set up eventually too. Things that I figured out:

You have to make sure under settings - today - items that it is checked to be on. Also, you set up the options for the program from there as well.

Re: SPB Mobile Shell 3.0!!

So I have been trying out Vito SMS Chat... and I think I like it. I have done the registry edits to make it the default sms program and open when i click the SMS widget through SPB... but I am curious how I can get to to work correctly with I hit Send SMS on a contact... it just loads the entry SMS Chat screen and not a new message to that specific contact... anyone have a fix? Thanks in Advance.
