Uncheck TF3D in settings.
Close mobile shell completely
recheck TF3D in settings
restart MS3

You should be able to toggle back and forth now.

I just installed about an hour ago and lovin it so far. For me this could absolutely replace TF3D for me as I hardly us it any way. It kind of reminds me of the android home screen when you move the the lifestyle home from side to side.
