has anyone had a problem with having the home screen keep popping back up while your work with another app. or settings? mine keeps popping up every 3-4 sec when in other app./setting and i have to go back to task manager to get back where i was.....

I posted how do do this a few days ago. Delete the MS startup link in the Windows startup folder & check the today screen box for TF3D. Now, the system will start in TF3D & MS can be launched from a start menu shortcut.

- Create a new key called whatever you want your new folder to be.
- Copy the contents of the 'My Shortcuts' key into the one you just created
- Change the value of the 'Text' string to be the name of the folder.

Changing the 'Index' value changes which position in the grid the folder appears (0 is top left, 8 is bottom right). The 'Image' value will change the icon as follows:
0 = Toolbox
1 = Phone with envelope
2 = Globe
3 = Calendar
4 = Shortcuts
5 = Program Folder
6 = Camera and clapperboard
7 = Cog/Spanner



You can also rename any of the existing folders by going to that same key and changing the 'Text' string in the relevant key. You don't have to rename the key itself but may want to for consistency.

I knew I had this one somewhere, and I use it for assigning SMS to PocketCM:

Navigate to:
HKLM>Software>Microsoft>Shell>Rai>:MSINBOX

Change key labeled 1 to you SMS-Chat exe.
e.g: "\Program Files\VITO\SMS-Chat\SMSChat.exe"
Note: Dont forget the "", they are important.
Restart and try.

adding more pages to lifestyle screen this could be good for some. Found this over at modaco.com forum posted by turborepu quote:

supposedly its tested on 10 pages. the result is that when paned the wallpaper moves less then with three. If wallpaper size changed it will "smartfit" it to be the "correct" size.

Anyone trying to figure out how to make the Lifestyle screen loop? So you can go from page 3 to page 1 without going back to page 2 first.

ok how do I change the default email? Whenever I click email it goes right to outlook, I want it to go to gmail.

install the email icon by itself.. dont add the group one ?(email/missed call/sms)... then one u add the individual email icon u can select which email account u want it to open

Delete it, then when you add it back it should give you a list of your setup accounts.

In the registry there is a value

HKLM\Spb Software House 2\Spb Mobile Shell\NowScreen\LastEmailAccount

I don't have time to play with it right now, but someone can prob use the info.

I cant delete it in professional home. This is annoying. I got it to change to gmail in lifestyle, but in pro home no dice!

this is working great to launch vito sms-chat.. only thing i face now is when i get a picture through arcsoft... the text just shows picture in vito sms... i have to go to default sms page to launch to the picture... trying to figure a way out to do this now... hmmm

is there anyway to remap the analog clock in the lifestyle screen?

like if we wanted to launch galarm or klaxon for alarms...
