ThrottleLock 0.4 OEM

Not sure if this is already been done, but I just started using this the other day and liked it so I made it an OEM for my kitchen, and thought that I would share. Let me know if you have any issues. Inside the zip is the Original cab and the OEM. If useing PPCGeeks Build OS place the OEM in the USER_OEM Folder.

Do you have a problem where your taskbar does not come back, and it takes a good half second to one second to lock after waking it up?

No I have't had that problem ? It's working great for me..

The top bar thing happened when i woke up, and before i went to bed. The delay i guess is just normal.... 'cept s2u2 starts instantly. I really want some security though...
